After spending hundreds of thousands of dollars on your new or renovated elevator or escalator you're handed a long-term maintenance contract to sign by your installer. Should you sign it?? Maintenance Audit
In cases where a property Owner is concerned about the quality of their maintenance, CNYEC will provide a maintenance audit of the existing conditions. As an independent observer, CNYEC inventories the conveyance equipment and compares its' current condition against the property Owner's maintenance agreement services contract to verify that the agreement is being met by all parties.
